We followed a friend's advice and booked a room at this hotel the night before our early flight home. The location was more than perfect - we walked out the door and we were inside the airport terminal. It took exactly 35 minutes from our room to the gate. If anything, that was too early and as we had left too early to eat breakfast at the hotel, we had to look all over at the airport to find something to eat. Check-in and check-out were extremely efficient and quick. And dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent, although a bit expensive.

Wow. Never expected to find such nice hotel with superb restaurant inside the terminal. We were flying early in the morning and the hotel was a great solution. 5 minutes walk to the checkin

It was literally in Terminal 1 of Malpensa airport. our flight was delayed so we got into Malpensa really late. We were in our hotel room half an hour after landing.

What we liked most about this hotel was its unbeatable location. Being right inside the airport and next to the train station made our travel experience incredibly convenient. After a long journey, it was a relief to step off the plane and check in within minutes. The hotel staff were a standout feature of our stay. Without exception, they were all friendly and extremely helpful. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any queries or requests made us feel truly valued as guests. Although we didn't spend much time in the room, it was comfortable and well-appointed. The on-site restaurant also impressed us. We enjoyed a delicious meal with a variety of options to choose from, making it a convenient choice for lunch.

Being able to check in at 11:30pm was fabulous. Access to the room within 15min of clearing customs/immigration was very much appreciated. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Location. Our flight arrived after midnight and simply being able to walk to the hotel was great. Pleasant room, reception staff were welcoming and breakfast was very good.

Everything was great! The male staff (sorry I did not get his name) is super friendly and helpful! Infact, all the staffs that I bumped into are all friendly. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it is so comfortable. So convenient to the airport and also the train station if you need to go to the city. The room is so comfortable that we missed our morning flight 😁 and the same male staff assisted us to get another room for a short stay with complimentary minibar while waiting for our later flight. Eventhough they are always busy (even at night there are always people check-in) but their service was not compromise.
